Run by Fransescan Sisters of Our Lady of Graces, Prem Dham has a capacity to accommodate forty people, both male & female. Single rooms as well as dormitories are available on paid basis. The charges for a single room are Rs. 4,000/- per month and for dormitory Rs. 1,000/- per month. However, as per the situation, residents are taken in at subsidized charges or even free. Right now Prem Dham can accommodate only forty people but the sisters are willing to open up many more old age homes if somebody is willing to donate a house for the purpose.
